DELIVERY INFORMATION

We currently deliver across Perth for a flat rate of $9.95. Please ensure we deliver to your suburb prior to placing your order. Orders close every Wednesday for Sunday / Monday delivery. Please check your suburb for which day we will be delivering to you. If you are a Sunday suburb, deliveries will be made between 12pm and 7pm. If you are a Monday suburb, deliveries will be made between 9am and 6pm. As our delivery routes change weekly, we're unable to guarantee specific delivery times.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO LEAVE OUT AN ESKY WITH A COOLER BLOCK IF YOU WON'T BE HOME ON YOUR DELIVERY DAY.

    IMPORTANT ❗️

    Meals are delivered fresh and are not insulated, so they must be brought inside as soon as possible. Once delivered, responsibility passes to the customer. Mr Butler is not responsible for loss, damage or spoilage if meals are left unattended. You will receive a notification once delivery has been completed.

    AUTHORITY TO LEAVE:

    All deliveries are made with authority to leave. If no one is home, your order will be left in a safe place. IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY IS SCHEDULED, WE RECOMMEND YOU LEAVE OUT A SUITABLY SIZED ESKY WITH COOLER BLOCKS. If we cannot access the property or find a safe place, a re-delivery fee may apply.

    DELIVERY DETAILS:

    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information, including full name, correct address, mobile number and any relevant delivery instructions.

    STORAGE:

    Meals should be refrigerated promptly upon delivery. They will keep fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge and are suitable for freezing.

    GIFTING ORDERS:

    If your order is a gift, please ensure the recipient is aware of the delivery day and will be home to receive it.

    INCORRECT DETAILS:

    If incorrect delivery details are provided and the order is delivered as instructed, Mr Butler is not responsible and cannot offer refunds or re-delivery.

    DELIVERY ISSUES:

    In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays or road closures, we will do our best to complete your delivery or arrange the next available delivery date.
